Individual Counseling

Counseling, also known as therapy, or psychotherapy, is the process of meeting together with a mental health professional to resolve problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, relationship issues, and or somatic responses (sensations in the body).

The goal of therapy is to learn to change self-destructive behaviors and habits, resolve painful feelings, improve your relationships, and more.
