Counseling is the process of meeting together with a trained professional to resolve problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, relationship issues, and or somatic responses (sensations in the body). Some of the goals of therapy are to learn to change self-destructive behaviors and habits, resolve painful feelings, improve your relationships, or have a trained professional explore parts of your story with you.  Counseling is not a one size fits all exact “science”. It is a collaborative process in which our counselors  work together with you to move towards a more enjoyable life!

Some issues that our staff  is trained to work with are anxiety, depression, addiction of various kinds, spiritual discouragement, general life challenges, trauma, childhood trauma, personal growth, attachment or intimacy difficulties, a desire to grow in self knowledge and many others.
